- Policies -


Arrive Early - We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to relax, update client information forms and to ensure you receive your full treatment time.  


Cancellations - As a courtesy to other guests, and our therapists, we kindly ask that you give us a 48-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment or your credit card will be charged 75% of total scheduled services. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


Payment For Services - We accept cash, debits cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience.


Cell Phones - Please silence all electronic devices upon arrival to maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere while you spend time with us by limiting outside distractions.


Gift Cards - If redeeming services with a gift card, the card must be presented at time of appointment or services scheduled will have to be paid for.  Available in any amount over $30.  Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.


Personal Property - We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles during your visit.  Please leave valuables at home.


Contraindications - We may not be able to perform certain therapies for your safety.  Depending on your medical history, we will keep your best interest in mind at all times and consider all contraindications.  During your first visit we will collect information on your medical background to ensure we provide you with the safest and best treatment options to fit your individual needs.


Minimum Age Requirement -  We require all guests of the spa be at least 18 years of age. Children 17 and younger will be required to have signed parental consent on our intake form prior to treatment and/or be accompanied by a legal guardian.


​Product Return Policy - A full refund may be issued on unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase, with receipt.
